The Materials, Parts, and Equipment Specialist Company designation is an official confirmation granted to companies that possess a certain level or above of technological capability and sales performance in the relevant field, based on the "Special Measures Act for Strengthening Competitiveness and Stabilizing Supply Chains in the Materials, Parts, and Equipment Industries." Certified companies are eligible for preferential treatment in various government support programs under the sobu-jang (materials·parts·equipment) development policy as well as in the public procurement market, and the designation is also effective in enhancing credibility as a technology-specialized enterprise.

Jeil Trading was recognized as a company with distinctive technological capabilities in the materials sector, having independently developed and registered a patent (No. 10-2517358) for technology that recycles marine waste such as oyster shells as a core material in de-icing agents. The company also received recognition for its technological expertise in applying self-developed materials — including shell powder, porous structural components, and humic substances — to its products, alongside a solid track record of approximately 51 billion won in annual materials and parts-related revenue.

Through this certification, Jeil Trading has further solidified its standing as a materials-based technology specialist, going beyond its identity as a simple de-icing agent manufacturer.
